Bangladesh Institute of Islamic Finance – BIIF has organized a colorful orientation program for the newly admitted trainees of the 2nd batch of Professional Certificate Course in Islamic Bank (PCIB) and 1st Batch of Professional Certificate Course in Takaful/ Islamic Insurance (PCIT) at 125, Motijheel, Dhaka on Saturday, February 17, 2024.
Dr. Mohammad Abdul Aziz, Founder Director of BIIF & Visiting Faculty of IUT presided over the program and delivered a welcome speech. In his speech, he appreciated the decisions of the newly admitted students in choosing the PCIB & the PCIT.
Mr. Abul Kalam Azad ABIA, CEO, Takaful Islami Insurance Ltd.; Dr. Md. Golzare Nabi, director of research at the Bangladesh Bank Training Academy (BBTA); Dr. A Y M Nesar Uddin, DMD of Sunlife Insurance Company Ltd. also spoke at the program.
Dr. Afroza Bulbul Afrin, Director (Research & Publications) of International Open University, Gambia, was the moderator of the program. The program was concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by her. A large number of banking professional from several branches of several banks of Dhaka were present in the program.
